Requirement :

• Understand and being familiar with business processes in the Supply Chain min 1 year.
• Ability to work in long hour within team and individually
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to learning. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, Presentation Skills, and Analytical skills
• Good Written and verbal communication, both in Bahasa and English

Job Description:

• Analyze system incidents raised by users, perform root cause analysis and investigate solutions. Inform users and/or first-level support regarding resolution.
• Facilitate the implementation, roll-outs and support include Trainning User
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of data
• Gather user requirements and performs analysis, designing, functional design, configuration, testing, UAT, and implementation Sistem (Documentation Form).
