Production and Packaging of Powdered Products and Sugar Milling

The Manufacturing Services (MS) business unit provides production services for powdered milk, powdered beverages, and sugar milling into powdered sugar for third parties. MS also provides laboratory testing services for customers. In addition, PT Tigaraksa Satria holds operational licenses for the importation of animal-origin raw materials, namely the Recommendation Letter for Importation (Surat Rekomendasi Pemasukan/SRP) and the Business Identification Number with General Importer Identification (NIB-API U).

MS production facilities comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and have obtained FSSC (Food Safety System Certification) 22000 Version 6, ISO 9001:2015, HAS (Halal Assurance System) 23000 certification from LP.POM MUI, SNI ISO/IEC 17025:2017 laboratory accreditation from KAN, CPPOB and PMR certification from BPOM, Halal Certification from BPJPH RI, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) Certification from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, and a PROPER Blue Rating from the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Indonesia. The current production capacity is 27,120 tons per year.
