In order to comply with the provisions of Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 dated 22 Desember 2015 concerning Diclosure of Material Information or Fact by issuer or Public Company, The Company hereby inform that Mr. Bambang Setiawan as The Company’s independent commissioner has passed away on October 10^th , 2021. Regarding to this, The Company will appoint new member of the independent commissioner in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulation.

Thus to be informed accordingly.
